MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 8 years development experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS Minimum of 5 years experience using and tuning Oracle SQL and PL-SQL Minimum of 5 years development experience using Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, XML Publisher and Crystal Reports The consultant must be proficient with SOA concepts and Web-Service development and integration.
