Summary Job of Responsibilities: Develop prioritized roadmap of applications to be on boarded to GovernanceMinder. Conduct interviews with business application owners to validate application data and file formats which to be ingested to GovernanceMinder. Drives and participates in gatherings of requirements, design, development and implementation of applications into the GovernanceMinder tool. Works closely with Business owners, developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of test issues. Qualifications: Experience with the latest version of CA GovernanceMinder is a strong plus Experience with industry standard Identity and Access and Management, User Certification standards and practices. Experience with multiple data formats and data conversion Must have the skills required to evaluate a business process and application software Knowledge of multiple file formats and data conversion experience Passionate, positive and driven attitude Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Reliable time management and organization skills Proactive mindset and behaviors Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Willingness to collaborate across the organization Flexibility to work in varying business functions and capabilities Ability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities, including ability to learn quickly Experience with : COBIT 5.0 Lean Six sigma IT risk management Governance, Risk and Compliance tools & processes Previous Banking experience a plus Education/Experience: Bachelors degree 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
