This position requires detailed knowledge of CA products, specifically GovernanceMinder and the ability to provide engineering direction to the deployment and efficient operations of CA products. Summary Job Responsibilities: Architect and scope CA GovernanceMinder solutions for new and existing deployments Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support CA GovernanceMinder in high-availability environments Develop strategy and deployment plans for extending the reach of CA GovernanceMinder to additional applications Analyze and plan significant infrastructure updates and product upgrades Respond to client calls for assistance with CA GovernanceMinder issues Assist clients with scalability planning for future security needs Share general product knowledge with co-workers and the security teams via participation in social media platforms such as Jive, FS-ISAC and All Hands Meetings. Qualifications: Provide assistance in vision, deployment and day-to-day management, maintenance and operations of CA Governance Minder environment covering activities such as: -Help manage CA GovernanceMinder in a banking and regulated environment -Help with installations, configurations and troubleshooting -Provide expert care and operations of the CA GovernanceMinder environments -Access , validate and make recommendations on approach to protect the application using industry best practices -Provide assistance in configuring and testing related to bank application and systems integration. -Updating the solution design and run books with the updated configuration as applicable Experience with the latest version of CA GovernanceMinder including the following feature areas: -Application integration in GovernanceMinder -Access certification campaigns -Automating efficient entitlement descriptions for applications Demonstrated working knowledge of web servers, clients and browsers, LDAP directories, and Oracle or Microsoft Server databases Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN Solid Windows & Unix skills Demonstrated knowledge of common programming practices Experience with Web application servers, SAML, XML, SOAP and web services is strongly preferred Network topology design, security, performance and fault tolerant architecture experience is a plus Ability to customize Identity Manager UI is a plus SAML/Federation is a plus Must have the skills required to evaluate business process and application software, which effect the integrity, functionality, and reliability of the banks network and systems. Detailed knowledge of at least two or more operating systems and corresponding security system and work toward gaining the knowledge of others.
