Work with NYEIS technology team to develop new/update existing and maintain all documents related to NYEIS. Support User Acceptance Testing. Work closely with Project Manager and ITS Manager on active/pending projects, Test Level 3 Help Desk tickets as needed Administrative Tasks: Attend and participate in meetings, prepare a weekly report, complete NYS LATS timecard daily Mandatory Qualifications: Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months Experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies. 84 months Experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track, and resolve problems. 84 Months Experience in Functional testing using functional testing tools. 72 Months Experience as a Test / QA Lead. Experience must detail team leadership, working with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts, using Test/QA best practices. 48 Months Experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. 36 Months Experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software. 36 months Experience with manual testing. 36 months Experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. 24 months Experience with testing an application built using Cúram Social Program Management Candidate has a bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field.
