Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Generate reports and analyze system data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
