Notes : MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE CAMPAIGN MANGEMENT AND CRM EXPERIENCE SEARS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE GREAT Description: We are looking for a proven and accomplished Business Analyst to play a critical role in the migration and implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform enabling the company to leverage its capabilities to drive engagement with our most valuable customers. The CRM Business Analyst works closely with business partners and the IT team to help identify, prioritize, and confirm requirements for the CRM implementation project as well as leverage their industry expertise to provide overall thought leadership. He or she partners closely with the development team to implement requirements, assists quality assurance with functional test case reviews and supports related change management activities and deliverables for impacted business partners. This CRM Business Analyst must be able to effectively communicate with project stakeholders and Senior Leadership using business terminology as well as possess a strong CRM platform and technical background to enable comprehensive business-IT alignment. Duties include coordinating and facilitating requirements gathering sessions, developing appropriate requirements and functional design documentation, use cases as well as assisting in the testing of the CRM functionality. The role requires strong written, verbal communication and facilitation skills. The individual should also demonstrate leadership skills, critical analytical skills and sound judgment. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions) Management of CRM implementation lifecycle, from understanding the current state, assessing gaps, defining key capabilities, working across the organization to develop requirements, working with Business and IT resources to understand and assess tradeoffs, through CRM platform launch and ongoing management. Partner with a cross functional team of business users and technology partners to produce business requirement artifacts including Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications. Document and convey complex concepts into executable requirements and use cases to technology partners. Be actively engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from inception to production launch and post-launch assessment based on business requirements. Assist in driving QA & UAT strategy development, and assist in performing UAT testing according to created use cases. Work closely with CRM platform vendor to ensure successful delivery of projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS BS in Marketing, Technology or related field 5+ years in deploying/managing CRM platform projects and infrastructures. Retail industry experience a plus. Direct working experience with large enterprise CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign, SAS, Pegasystems, Salesforce, etc. with a solid understanding of supporting data needs, complex decisioning, and campaign delivery for both batch and real-time channels. In-depth hands on experience in large cross-functional deployments from concept to completion. A proven history of being able to influence business/ IT peers and management in the decision making and business case development processes Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions Experience in developing Business Requirements, process mapping and flows and use cases Effective leader of cross functional teams and demonstrated experience in formal, measurable project management techniques that result in consistent and reliable team delivery   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
