Participate in solution architecture design with each vendor and support business objectives in building the overall solution design & technology strategy for the CRM program b. Document the overall solution design for the CRM program c. Ensure adherence by partners to the overall solution design & strategy d. Participate in data governance oversight & strategy e. Participate in the QA testing overall and within each workstream f. Ensure scalability & flexibility of overall technology solution in alignment with goals g. Lead the development of data integration strategies with each vendor h. Identify technology risks and address with the Program Manager, vendors and the Technology Governance Committee (TGC) i. Establish & conduct data governance meetings with workstream leaders j. Manage & track technical dependencies between each workstream k. Identify & track technology issues l.
