This role would be involved in all efforts geared towards development, delivery and support of software solutions according to company standards. Job Responsibilities Responsible for development, testing, supporting and debugging new or enhanced code and responding to client issues Collaboratively develops specifications to resolve business client questions, problems and to address enhancement needs Interacts directly with clients for purposes of gathering and conveying information Creates and reviews technical documents and specifications Performs root cause analysis, efficient production support and maintenance/enhancements for existing applications Creates estimates for project efforts Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget Responsible for Status reporting to team leads and Director Interacts and communicates with technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role Experience interfacing with business partners as well as internal and external technical teams Ability to articulate business requirements and objectives and translate those into software development solutions The desired candidate should be passionate about developing, configuring, connecting and integrating systems in a complex enterprise application environment. Ability to grasp new technologies and be able to adapt to rapid shift in priorities Ability to work in a team environment Strong CSS3 with understanding of CSS animations and responsive development strategies Strong JavaScript development background with documented examples of complex JS development Understanding of HTML5 and understanding of semantic markup Strong Working knowledge in jQuery 2.0+ Awareness of Ax development best practices Working knowledge of git for code versioning Strong debugging skills including understanding of break points, network requests (request/response) Understanding of web site performance and strategies for optimizing page speed Working knowledge with build tools such as Gulp or Grunt Experience with delegating tasks to a team of developers Knowledge of React, Ember, and/or Angular is a plus Familiarity with Agile development process Experience with coding reusable, standard type of components (e.g. form inputs, buttons, sliders, carousels, etc) Familiarity with Web Accessibility Standards and ARIA tagging is a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
