Job Description Designer: UI And Ux Design, HTML 5, CSS3, JAVA SCRIPT Front End DesignDevelopment

We are seeking a UI Designer for our client in Herndon, VA.

The resource will be looking at our existing CLAM Web UI and suggest modifications such as
o Better look and feel of the User Interface
o Modify the current login page and other pages to make the screen more appealing
o Make the screens more user friendly
o Make future maintenance reusable e.g., changing color schemes, page layout, etc.,
o Pages should be light-weight and quickly loadable when invoked.
Create wire-frames for all the CLAM screens that will be used by the java developer(s) at a later date to add functionality and customize pages as required.
Follow user interface design standards for applications to maintain an integrated and consistent look and feel.
Minimum 5 years of UI and UX design experience.
Experience in designing, marking up, developing the UI of websites and/or web applications
Solid understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
Front-end skills and some basic understanding of how back-end development works.
Solid markup skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
