SOMB is seeking to update its website to enhance the user experience and incorporate innovative interactive trainings, webinars, forms and training resources. Supplying organized information that can intuitively be found by both current and future customers, while meeting high standards for design quality and visual appeal. B. Effective websites provide dynamic content and modern technological tools that keep users engaged and informed. SOMB seeks to expand channels of communication to streamline messaging through a quarterly newsletter, upcoming training opportunities and/or webinars, including additional training links with seamless integration with social media. Content sought by users must be easily found and navigation improved to make finding information more modern and user friendly. C. SOMB would like to offer easy to use applications and forms that can be filled out on line and returned to the SOMB in confidence with any attachments by implementing a secure log in site for board member to be able to view and make notes on the documents. D. SOMB also needs to provide the public with updated roster of Treatment Providers, Psychosexual Evaluators and Polygraph Examiners contact information. E. As the SOMB is a Certification/Quality Assurance Board we need to provide easy to find and understand Application information, Governing Statutes, Standards and Legislative information. F. The SOMB would like to see a website that could make the site responsive for mobile users. Content Management System The current website utilizes DreamWeaver and the SOMB desires the new site to utilize WordPress to align with the State of Idaho Department of Administrations long-term plan.
