Job Description

The purpose of this document is to outline the job description to short list a Senior Product Manager with extensive knowledge of Consumerized experience creation to lead the implementation of Pervasive Chat Support within the Company.

Technology Experience Support (TES) is the customer facing arm of the Companys Technology working with the primary goal of ensuring our customers - employees are successful in their day to day business by supporting all their technology needs. Company is on a journey of continuously transforming the end user experience by adopting cutting edge technologies for enabling high quality, modern, intuitive, pervasive channels of customer support.

One such objective is to incentivize the use of existing chat support platform, to modernize it and ensure support volumes on the chat platform are more than 50% of the overall support requests.

In the journey of adoption of such support models to reduce reliance on traditional, high touch and shoulder tap service models which tend to burden the transformation process, TES needs a Senior Product Management Executive with extensive knowledge of consumerized experience creation particularly with chat as a channel.

In this innovative role you will be working a high performing team of Support Engineers, Product Engineers, Customer Service Leaders, Business Systems Analysts, Business leaders, Data Scientist who define and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning infrastructure, services, machine learning and AI solutions, and business processes.

1.1Responsibilities

Lead large-scale initiatives across functions and geographies for implementing a best in class chat based customer service solution.
Experience in designing and deploying the chat support platform lifecycle starting from highly successful plain vanilla chat support to a self-help solution with machine learning and AI technologies
End to End ownership and responsibility of the success of the pervasive chat support implementation across all member firms of EY Globally.
Provide product direction and product strategy to significantly accelerate the usage rate of the chat based support solution.
Significant experience in the customer service domain to be able to identify use cases, set design principles and architectural guidelines to enable significant uplift in the volumes of support via the chat medium and ensure that chat support becomes pervasive
Program Management in a complex environment with additional responsibilities of presentations, story-telling required for on boarding different countries / EY member firms on to the chat support solution
Design, document, & improve business processes to identify risks, remove single points of failure and ensure a data driven, durable, systemic and efficient operation.
Executive presence required to work with EY Business Partners, Support Leaders, Regional Leaders to ensure success of the program
In depth technical understanding of the chatbot landscape, latest technology and trends, and hands on experience utilizing chatbot like Salesforce, Azure Bot, Lex, Cortana, Google Home, IBM Watson, API.ai.

Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of
