The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor must provide a work breakdown structure or project plan with the PAQ Response and a final project plan within two weeks of the PAQ award. The FACES technical environment consists of a combination of Mainframe (CICS WEBAWARE, COBOL, SQL, and DB2) and Server (JAVA SCRIPT, XML, DB2, and .NET), using AJAX and Ruby on Rails methodologies. Although off-site consultants will be allowed for the development phase, emphasis and consideration will be given for submissions that primarily include on-site resources. It is expected that Business Analysts will be available on-site throughout the duration of the project. On-site consultants shall observe Missouri State holidays. No out-of-state travel is required on the part of the state or the vendor for completion of this project. * Additional time for acceptance may be negotiated.
