Job Description: Agile Product Owner Position Overview: The role will serve as the primary functional liaison between technical team, client, and clinical teams supporting the design, development, testing, integration, and support optimization of system interfaces between business critical EMR/EHR systems. This role will lead the functional processes and business rules related to the clinical EMR data integration effort into Microsoft Azure-based or third-party solutions. TOP REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum (5) or more years functioning as Business Analyst in a technical IT capacity. * 3-5 years experience in analyzing complex business requirements, writing test cases, executing test cases and solid understanding of SDLC process. * 3-5 years experience writing standardized test scripts and assists in testing for new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements supporting the EHR platform. Key Responsibilities: A broad range of responsibility and serves as a product lead and owner for IT services and solutions that provide efficiency and communication strategy across IT teams and business units. Business analysis experience which includes requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case definition, and documenting functional specifications is key to being successful in this role. Required Experience: * Minimum (5) or more years functioning as Business Analyst in a technical IT capacity * Experience in analyzing complex business requirements, writing test cases, executing test cases and solid understanding of SDLC process * Writes standardized test scripts and assists in testing for new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements supporting the EHR platform * Support configuration to create and enhance workflows/dataflows and obtain information to meet various reporting requirements * Help document and track key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, and adhering to development and quality standards * Ensure the data integrity of the EHR system records/files throughout the integration * Help develop and identify potential interface opportunities * Strong communication skills- verbal and written Preferred Experience: * Ideally we would like candidate that have healthcare experience (Provider / Clinical business space (HL7/FHIR), and very strong agile/scrum experience. Need to be able to lead daily stand-ups, and drive product deliverability. experience in the Provider / Clinical business space (HL7/FHIR) * Experience in delivering on Healthcare related projects highly desired * 2 or more years working in a iterative Agile/Scrum environment What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
