Job Description Consultant: Process Management, Communications, Business Process, Planning Strategic Planner

Candidate must be our own W2 Employee.

The Business Planning & Strategy team is seeking a creative and agile Strategy Performance Consultant. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building a culture of people, process and performance from the ground up. This role requires a broad understanding of IT strategy, services, processes, applications, infrastructure, governance, performance improvement and change management. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders, this role will leverage their experience to proactively provide input into the development of strategies and standards across EIT that impact employee performance. As a member of our team, you will develop expertise in helping EIT improve responsiveness, agility and cost-effectiveness for the organization and drive overall business performance. Should be able to demonstrate exceptional analytical, interpersonal and strategic thinking skills. The selected candidate will lead the delivery of multiple projects via solid program/project management practices. Candidate must be able to collaborate across a matrixed enterprise to ensure initiatives/projects are executed successfully. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are needed to lead change and build consensus aligned to stated goals and objectives. This role consults with team members and business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process and performance improvement models and techniques. Work with subject matter experts to design or redesign business and people processes with a holistic view connecting technology with process, performance and change management. This role may also interact with end users and enterprise functions such as audit/compliance, legal, learning & development, PMO and communications.



REQUIRED:

Experience in one or more of the following: Business Strategy & Planning, Training/Performance Improvement, Education Technology, Project Management, Communications, Business Process or Continuous Improvement.
Experience working on strategic initiatives within a large, matrixed, and complex organization.
A proven strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate supporting business cases, and gain support from stakeholders.
Ability to collect and analyze data as actionable input to continuous improvement.
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships to influence and lead diverse groups across the organization to achieve optimal results.
Ability to develop scalable solutions using rapid instructional design methodology, and various delivery mediums that consider pre- and post-activities to ensure learning is continuous, effective and applied, with metrics to quantify overall impact.
Create blended solutions that are engaging, creative, and interactive that offer high quality, interactive design (animations, simulations, video, scenarios, knowledge checks, games, case studies, job aids, quick reference guides, etc. that support learner retention and on the job application).
Demonstrated ability to drive action and sustain momentum/results oriented.
Process improvement/design and project management experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in all capacities with the ability to target messaging to different audiences as well as the ability to present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.
Adaptable; learns quickly and responds positively to complexity and change.
Personal commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery; proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats: consulting, design, development, facilitating, and partnering up, down, and across the organization providing an innovative approach to design and develop
