Drive users to central mailbox 2. Reduce/eliminate direct e-mails and phone calls 3. Drive established streamlined processes with end user community 4. Create plan and begin implementation of price updates to the item master and escalate known issues to Management team 5. Continue to drive users to adhere to Network Directives. Ensure accurate and timely review of items added, and that items attributes are in agreement with network and corporate policies - Procurement (GCP 085) and Network CAP 013 - Manage weekly item maintenance files - This includes the sharing the management of the weekly items calls with team member. Actively support E-Quote and E-Items initiatives - Participate in Expand/ Collapse request review and meetings - Support Capital Procurement and Contract Compliance initiatives - Train in learning the e-Items process. Work with e-Item Vendors to ensure smooth workflow of e-Items into PeopleSoft - Review e-Quote error report, Manage the workbench, Update, maintain and trouble shoot any e-Item issues when required - Including but not limited to running validation and manual set up when necessary - Data Accuracy Accurate, reliable and timely data is vital to effective decision-making in almost every aspect of Network projects/programs - Crucial to be consistent and accurate - Must ensure the accuracy of Network asset/inventory data and reports, provide a reliable infrastructure for maintaining information 1.
