The State is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer that will assist the MNIT Salesforce team and eLicensing application owners with the migration. Work will consist of planning (use case review, meetings. etc.), configuration of the Salesforce application (development in Salesforce), documenting the application, testing the application that was developed, and supporting the application after deployment during the transition to support by StatE Staff. Work is anticipated to be on site at the First National Bank Building; 332 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, MN 55101. Sample Tasks • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs • Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes • Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language • Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems • Use web-based tools to create and advance applications • Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary • Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient • Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support • Provide knowledge transfer Minimum Qualifications • Five (5) years experience in Developer/Programmer role o A Masters degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a Bachelors degree substitutes for two years, or an Associates degree substitutes for one year • Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Developer/Programmer role • Three (3) years experience with the Salesforce Platform Desired Skills • Certified Salesforce Administrator • Proven experience as a programmer or relevant role • Experience with BasicGov • Experience with Salesforce flows • Experience with Salesforce Configuration • Delivery of projects using the Agile SCRUM method • Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability • An analytical mindset and critical thinking • Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and in team settings   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
