Requirements: Hands-on installing and managing network equipment (Ethernet Switches, Routers, Virtualization units, NAS/SAS systems, etc) Enterprise systems/servers implementation and administration experience in Linux and Windows servers (all flavors) in virtual and cloud based environment using VMWare tools like vSphere, vCenter, workstation, command-line tools etc. Have experience utilizing monitoring and remote management softwares (e.g. Zenoss, webmin, VNC, monit). Networking (DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Data Center, Routers, Cabling) Linux, Windows systems administration, with skills related to monitoring, patch management, up-gradation, backup/restore skills Extensive understanding of a broad range of information technology, including networking, servers and client deployment, including mobility devices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to resolve complex issues Knowledge of one or more hardware platforms, including: iSeries, Wintel and Unix based server platforms Understanding of change management techniques, tools, and stages of the projects full life cycle Knowledge in Scripting (Shell, Powershell, Python, Ruby & Perl) Experience of Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery process & tools (e.g. Jenkins) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
