Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience of SQL Server Development with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures Two to three (2-3) years working with SSIS Two to three (2-3) Years working with SQL Server 2005 / 2008 Understanding of SDLC concepts (programming methodologies, version control, etc.) Understanding of DBA concepts (backup/restore, SQL Agent, maintenance plans, indexing, etc.) Licenses/Certifications: None required Responsibilities Develop, test, deploy and maintain DTS/SSIS packages for ETL tasks Design, develop and implement database designs from the ground up to stage, modify and load data received from various sources. Develop and review SQL code to create, test, deploy and maintain database objects along with suggesting improvements to ensure best practices.
