Job Description Administrator: Db2 dba, IBM DB2 For Z/OS Software, SQL Tuning, SAP Environment Troubleshooting DBA

We are in need of a DBA resource. Can you all look thru the list of requirements/technical lists below and forward me any qualified candidates?
Here are the recommended z/OS DB2 DBA skill set requirements for managing SAP systems; followed by a more technical skill set more specific to CoKYs implementation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Minimum 5 years of experience with DB2 DBA experience with IBM DB2 z/OS (including data base design, data base and SQL tuning, data base utilities, data base change migration, data base backup and recovery, data base security) and

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Environment


· Problem Analysis/Determination in SAP R/3 with IBM DB2 v9 and/or v10 for z/OS

· Interact with BASIS, DBA, DBE, DASD, Network and z/OS teams in finding effective solutions

· Open SAP/IBM tickets and follow up with vendors, when necessary

· Research SAP notes and IBM APARS/PTFs in problem resolution

· Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of data modeling and database design.

· Understanding of SAP R/3 logical data models into physical database designs.

· Manage development, system test, and production databases.

· Provides database technical assistance and direction to application team members.

· Understands and enforces database standards and procedures.

· Monitors the performance of database components and applications.

· Manage data base backup, recovery, and reorganization procedures.

· Serve as a daily DBA to administrator and support DB2 for the SAP environment. Perform daily needed maintenance. Provide support. Troubleshoot issues.

· Research issues and make use of affiliated technical resources. Keep up-to-date on SAP environment changes and future upgrades.

· Plan for and participate in updates and upgrades.

· Troubleshoot performance issues/ Indexes

· Perform / Analyze SQL tracing / performance

· Tune long running SQL / bottlenecks/ bad code analysis

· Establish a Base for Performance Evaluation

· Create a Top Tables Categorization List

· Isolate Tables in their Own Tablespaces

· Analyze and perform bufferpool tuning

· Determine Tables-to-Buffer Pools Mapping

· storage parameters, partitioning. limit key prep, ICNV knowledge

· Manage large tables / LOBS

· Knowledge of R/3 and DB2 object mapping

· Manage DB2 Job profiles/ JCL knowledge

· Configure and Maintain SAPCL / Stored procedure / Alert Router

· Setup and Execute Reorgs / Runstats

· Setup and Execute Backup / restore

· Perform DB cloning post refresh steps
