Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Leads and provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Demonstrated technical skills including experience with the support and development of large-scale enterprise type software solutions - Experience with system analysis and integration and related tools - Experience with best practice design of GUI forms, screens and workflows - Experience with troubleshooting system issues and end-user support - Demonstrated Workflow Management & Automation Experience - Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification a plus - Lean/Six-Sigma - Project Management Experience Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 plus year s related experience or Masters degree and a minimum of 4-6 plus years experience.
