Review design and build deliverables from other developers in the project team. Assist team lead in planning and overseeing work products of other developers in the project team. Work closely with business analysts to understand business and functional requirements and ensure application development meets those requirements. Work closely with application architects to ensure application development meets technical requirements and adheres to architecture standards. Produce high-quality documentation that is accurate and consistent with current project standards. Take hands-on approach with technical resources to design and implement necessary changes to meet technical requirements. Coordinate testing and defect resolutions with test and development teams. Identify, escalate, and manage project issues and risks in a timely manner. Skills: Required: Minimum 3-4 years of full life-cycle development experience for applications using CA:GEN 6.5 and above. Experience with CANAM Report Composer. Experience with GuardIEn and CSE Access Preferred: Experience with CA:GEN target Implementation for HP/Tandem NSK platform. Experience with C and SQL on HP/Tandem NSK platform Experience with TACL, Inspect tools for HP/Tandem NSK platform. Experience CA:GEN target implementation for Java on Wintel platform Medicaid application experience in financial and claims processing systems.
