We have a project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Senior Java Developer Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Design and build front-end React SPA architecture and create user interface components of the application. Work with user experience designers to implement user interfaces based on prototypes and specifications. Manage React libraries/dependencies and create the front-end build pipeline. Build and deploy the application using DevOps methodologies and standard React build tools. Manage code in GitLab according to the team branching and deployment model. Mandatory Qualifications: Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software. 60 - 84 Months-Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. Preferred Qualifications: 60 Months of Experience in creating user interfaces with HTML and CSS from design specifications 12 Months of Experience creating single page applications and dynamic user interface components using React 60 Months of Experience in developing JavaScript enabled dynamic user interface components 36 Months of Experience in rendering user interface data from JSON data structures served from REST-based APIs 24 Months of Experience in creating and running front-end build systems (WebPack, Grunt, Gulp, etc). 24 Months of Experience in building user interfaces using abstracted UI libraries (e.g. Bootstrap, Semantic UI, Bulma, etc) 24 Months of Experience in writing ECMAScript 6 compatible JavaScript 24 Months of Experience in using Git source control in a team environment 36 Months of Experience in building user interface components for dynamic web applications of enterprise complexity.
