Develop components using Lightning/Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, JavaScript, Metadata, Analytics, and other technologies, knowledge of ANT, GIT and CI/CD to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement). Do pair programming with a peer to not only develop but also execute on Quality related tasks like code reviews, unit tests, functional testing, and automation of functional and performance test cases to ensure that the feature is delivered with highest quality. Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Mentors developers on the team and maintain a positive work environment as well as continually review the software development process and identify areas that need improvement. Architecting experience/Knowledge Lead responsibility in code development and integration of the application.
