Responsibilities: Manages the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business

partners to identify staffing needs, design and implement attraction strategies, ensuring clear job skill specifications, internal and

external sourcing, candidate screening, offer consultation and completion, and facilitation of background checks,

relocation/immigration, and hiring processes. Ensures compliance with programs, such as workforce redeployment and

reduction, university hiring and contingent workforce management. Supports staffing and disengagement activity resulting from

mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestitures. Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives

and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives. Develops and manages relationships with

staffing vendors and Global Business Services (GBS) organizations.Specialist: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to

solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on

problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and

practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates

information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to

make decisions on complex business issues.First level university degree. Typically 4-6 years of related experience.Thorough

knowledge in the field of Human Resources as well as general business and industry knowledge.
