Customer Acceptance: Work with the stakeholders to validate the solution against the agreed upon requirements and obtaining signature approval. To write the User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and obtain internal AVS signatures. 7. Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data 8. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels 9. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels 10. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production for enhancements, to ensure maximum usability 11. Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., operations, applications, support, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams 12. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation 13. Collaborate with developers to design and implement solutions. 16.
