Description:

A more knowledgeble IT staff that can better support and enhance the printing aspect of the DMV. A more knowledgeble DIT staff that can upgrade the Finalist program software that runs on the States mainframe. Documentation to support the operation of DMVs printing environment and mainframe Finalist program. Continue data cleansing analysis and documentation on address data.

SOW:

Full knowledge transfer of printing to State Employees in IT Unit. This includes, but is not limited to, the ordering, setup, installation and maintenance of printers used through, both from mainframe and non-mainframe platforms.

Guide IT staff in the setup and operation of the high speed printers used in the Computer Room. Give input on the best direction to replace one of the high speed printers that is not being supported by the vendor.

Give expert input to the Modernization project w/ respect to printing and integration with the States mainframe.

Document and knowledge transfer to DMVs IT unit on how the DMVs Finalist program running on the States mainframe is updated.
Continue work to uncover data anomalies in DMVs address data.
