Preferred Qualifications: 84 Months of Experience in business analysis conducting business requirements elicitation, validation, and analysis 84 Months of Experience in developing functional, nonfunctional requirements and technical specifications 84 Months of Experience in business analysis coordinating and facilitating end user testing. 12 months experience in writing logical design specifications and/or technical writing. 12 months experience with technology delivery for human services platforms.
