Candidates needed for: DWC Modernization Program
Skill Set Desired:
9+ yrs Elicitation and requirements gathering
9+ yrs Documenting business requirements, functional requirements, system requirements, test cases and test scripts
9+ yrs Performing business analyst duties on a large and complex System Modernization Program
9+ yrs Demonstrated experience working with customers to define business processes and identify opportunities for business process improvements
9+ yrs Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Principles
9+ yrs Expert level experience working on Microsoft Visio and Office products
9+ yrs Business Analysis experience from related businesses or organizations as well as system integration and technology experience with focus on lean transformation/process improvement.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Project management skills beneficial

Although a candidate may have considerable experience as a Business Analyst; that experience alone will not make them a viable candidate for this position. The resume of a successful candidate will demonstrate experience working with customers to define lean business processes and identify opportunities for business process improvements.

Working knowledge of Worker Compensation System
