Description :

I have a critical situation in Kansas for a person with Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Enterprise Case Management (ECM) expertise. In short it is called a SAS ECM Developer. This is probably considered a specialized skill set. It is not like asking for a .net developer or a business analyst. This person would have worked with the SAS ECM tool and is very experienced with writing ECM code.

SAS is one of our business partners which we are leveraging for the purpose of Medicaid Fraud detection and analysis. SAS is a software suite that can mine, alter, manage and retrieve data from a variety of sources and perform statistical analysis on it. SAS provides a graphical point-and-click user interface for non-technical users and more advanced options through the SAS language.

I need the resource to start as soon as possible and does not have to be located on site. The right candidate can work remotely.

The candidates profile includes the following:

1. Minimum 10+ years as overall SAS experience and 4+ as a Senior SAS Developer & Architecture.
2. Experience in requirement analysis, estimation, design, code development, code reviews (SAS Fraud Framework, SAS Social Network Analysis, and SAS Enterprise Case Management).
3. Expertise writing complex, re-usable SAS programs using SAS Macro language.
4. Expertise with the reporting and statistical procedures within the SAS Base/Advanced programming.
5. Expertise in designing SAS Visual Analytics reports.
6. Knowledge in Linux operating systems and Oracle SQL.
7. Experience as a SAS Administrator.
