Contractor needs to have following system knowledge to perform services: • Knowledge of electronic Program Management ( ePM): • ePM Main System • ePM Funding • ePM STIP (State Transportation Improvement Program) • ePM Contract Management System (CMS) • Knowledge of Federal Highways Financial Management System (FMIS) • Knowledge of ePMs year-end Rollover process • Knowledge of the Federal Government data requirements for tracking and managing funding types Contractor needs to have the following skillset to provide services: • Oracle Forms & Reports (version 11g +) • Oracle Database (version 11g +) associated with application development • Oracle XML • Oracle Designer • Oracle JDC & ODBC • Java • J2EE • PL SQL&SQL • PL SQL Developer or TOAD for Oracle • Oracle WebLogic • Oracle Application Web Server • Microsoft Visual Studio • .NET Framework • C# .NET Tasks and assignments will be associated with the following: Replace ePMs business modules: • Functional requirements • Data migration • Design and programming of new business modules • Implementation and support of new business modules • Data integration with new and existing systems Support ePM: • Recommend solutions to issues and requests • Make the identified modifications to the data edits and processes. • Test modifications • Upon approval move modifications into production.
