They are in need of a Systems Analyst to handle the daily operational requests/needs for the IAM system (Fischer) while they move a FTE resource to the project needs. The main focus of this role will be to monitor and triage the help desk tickets that are assigned to the Tier 3 Identity and Access Management team, understanding the Identity life cycle, provide assistance in creating and updating documentation, participating in the daily team standup meetings, coordinate/perform system access and training, and providing other operational process and analysis assistance as needed. The team has great documentation and will train up the resource on what is needed and who to turn to for support/questions. Qualifications: Looking for a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with experience supporting student or HR data. Experience with IAM, CRM, or ERP systems strongly preferred. Must have excellent communication and attention to detail. Essential Functions/Duties: Daily monitoring of Helpdesk tickets with a 2 hour SLA Coordination with various departments to resolve IAM related issues Ability to effectively communicate via multiple platforms (in person, phone, email, Teams, Skype) Participate in various meetings as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology-related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in operational support of enterprise scale systems in a complex environment A solid understanding of IT Operations, defect tracking and resolution Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills Must be onsite Preferred Qualifications: Experience and understanding of data flow between source and target systems Experience with Oracle and SQL to run simple data queries 3 – 5 years of experience in IT Operations Previous experience with identity management systems and RBAC/ABAC user provisioning and de-provisioning   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
