In this role, this consultant will be the main person in the Cleveland site working with the business users to identify needs, detail requirements and implement the solution. The main IT team supporting this position will be remote in California with additional support from India. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and results-oriented professional, with leadership, analysis and functional experience in the implementation of Oracle EBS. The successful candidate will: be confident and have a proven track record in working cross-functional teams in the delivery right business solutions; be the liaison between technical developers and the business; be the driver to executive level steering committees; manage project schedules and risks; drive evolution of standards, including System Development Life Cycle. REQUIRED: - Experience with full life cycle Implementation of Functional configurations for Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, etc.) and Quality Modules. - Experience gathering requirments from the business users - 5+ years of work experience in a large scale ERP environment (Oracle preferred) - Experience using Oracles AIM methodology or similar implementation management practice - Must have knowledge of how Discrete Manufacturing module (INV, BOM, WIP, etc.) is managed in Oracle Applications - Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Barcoding experience a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
