Any experience with Big Data including Hadoop Ecosystem and Map Reduce will be highly preferable. Administrator will install/upgrade, monitor and trouble-shoot production issues and perform root cause analysis and work towards long term automation solutions. This role involves working very closely with Database Administrators, ETL-developers and Infrastructure operations/engineering teams. Person should have full understanding of standard ETL products including Informatica Power Center, IBM Datastage, CDC and other data management/integration technologies. New hire should also have a very good knowledge of RDBMS platforms like DB2, Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL. Person should have ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Role & responsibilities: * Provide administration support for Informatica,IBM Datastage, CDC and other data-integration products * Provide build and operational support for companys emerging Big Data platform based on Hadoop ecosystem * Ability to quickly understand existing ETL infrastructure and provide build/operational support Install, build, backup, patch Informatica, Datastage and other data-integration tools * Troubleshoot production issues and escalations * Protect and ensure stability of the operational applications/systems * Work with various applications teams and ETL developers to provide SME support for Data management & Data Integration tools * Support and mentor junior team members * Provide 24 x 7 operations support on rotation basis Required Skills and Experience: * More than 7-10 years of experience working as ETL/Informatica Administrator Supporting ETL operations: Informatica, IBM Data Stage, IBM CDC * Strong knowledge of Database platforms like DB2, Oracle, Sybase and MS-SQL * Ability to work with team to define policies, standards, best practices * Any experience working on Big Data platforms like IBM BigInsights Hadoop implementation * Strong performance tuning and trouble shooting skills involving ETL & Data Integration tools * Ability to work independently as well as part of small to mid-size teams   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
