Job Description : Applications Developer 5-Month Contract Expertise in Oracle EPM products specializing in Essbase. Expert in writing calculation scripts, assisting in system, components and integration testing. Hands-on on ODI and FDMEE integrators and skilled in excel validations. Experience in writing and executing test cases. Minimum work experience in EPM area - 3-4 yrs. Team: This team modeling and analytics, support the corporate finance group. Overall the team supports- costs of goods, is a key essential part of the overall costs, the way they forecast-how do they get data from multiple systems, what data comes in and then they forecast what the overall costs will be. Need an additional resource to get this out the door before ELP. The team already has the technical expertise but need additional hands to help get the work completed. Day-to-Day Product team there is a group under finance that supports Hyperion, this is an agile product. The application lead is the SCRUM master – very interactive, participating day to day standups and meetings to help the them. During a 3 week sprint they will be working on Essbase, QA work- validating data, and Oracle Data Integration. This person needs to be local so they can be onsite and sit with the team. Very interactive. Depend on each sprint – 3 week sprint – will have a set of responsibilities that he will have to complete working with the broader team, responsibility to write QA and development items, participate in development in data configuration. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of hands EDM experience, especially ESSBASE, planning Linux experience be able to work on that platform No immediate disqualifiers Dont need a support person, we want a developer, someone who has been in a development role. Hyperion experience is needed This is an agile – the sprints will have tasks will be applied and they need to complete. This is how performance will be managed. A lot of products ODI and EPM Overall consolidation underlying other technical linux operating systems, excel to match calculations and stuff like that.
