Job and required qualifications are as follows: Primary Responsibilities • Establishes and manages full project life cycle plans for moderate projects. • Plans and coordinates project schedules, deliverables, goals, milestones and makes project assignments. • Manages one or more technology projects that could span multiple areas, business functions and multiple platforms. • Adheres to financial guidelines, tracks team hours and expenses against project budget. • Builds partnership relationships within the department and with various levels of business partners across the organization. • Maintains status of project and monitors activities of team members. • Responsible for understanding and handling change management impacts (e.g. negotiate schedules/time). • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. • Holds regular status meetings and keeps project team well informed of changes within the project. • Mitigates team conflict and communication problems. • Effectively communicates relevant project information to senior management. • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. • Efficiently identifies, resolves and/or escalates project issues in a timely fashion. . Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree or higher • Minimum 4 years of project management/system analysis experience in a financial services environment. • Experience in managing projects dealing with security and web based applications Skills and Knowledge • Strong leadership presence and skills • Excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and work in a dynamic work environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication, interviewing and requirements gathering skills, and strong interpersonal skills. • Experience in a variety of life cycle methodologies. • Proven technical analytical skills. • Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows. • Solid/seasoned knowledge of project management methodologies. • Solid application/technology knowledge and expertise in one or a few areas. • Candidates must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision drive long-range targets. • Solid knowledge of financial management/budgeting process   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
