Provide development processes, and system expertise to the EPSi Project Team to successfully implement the EPSi Productivity Module Information System at UCDHS b. Lead meetings with EPSi Team and stakeholders from other departments, information systems and reporting. Document minutes, follow up steps, issues and key decisions c. Systematically track project progress, identify and document issues, risks and barriers to success, communicate issues to vendor and IT and Finance Managers, escalate issues as needed d. Document future workflows related to EPSi Productivity Module use in operations e. Perform EPSi system build, analysis, testing, validation, documentation and training tasks f. Assist technical team in conversion mapping or data analysis g. Ensure test scenarios are adequately documented and thorough testing is performed h. Document maintenance and monitoring processes to ensure business continuity during planned and unplanned downtime events i.
