Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel Performs other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates Qualifications: 3+ years of development and/or system integration of Oracle Retail software (RMS, RPM, ReIM, SIM, RIB, RETL, etc) PL/SQL, C / C++, ProC, Java, Oracle Forms, IDS, XML, or UNIX (shell scripting) Bachelors or advanced degree in Information Systems or related field Proven experience in all phases of the software development cycle Good communication skills, verbal and written, to interact with team members and senior support personnel Ability to work in a team environment Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community In-depth understanding of and ability to communicate retail concepts such as merchandising, inventory management, planning, allocation, forecasting, replenishment, and pricing   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
