Job Description Specialist: FortiSIEM, Mapping Applications, WAN, SMTP SNMP Tool Sets Technical Experience

Description :

to bolster and expand application monitoring services to meet agency needs.
Current Service Model:
• Applications Monitoring - Perform applications and device monitoring to measure real-time application, service and network performance.
• ServiceNow Integration – Events are sent to ITOMs Event Management (via API) triggering alerts and incidents records.
• Custom Dashboards - Displays the current health of the applications, services and network devices which are tailored to specific use cases.
Specific Knowledge, Skills: • 5+ years of experience using FortiSIEM as a monitoring tool for networks, application and service monitoring including discovery and/or service mapping (experience in an Enterprise environment is preferred). • 5+ years of experience using network/firewall protocol and services. • 5+ years of experience and sound understanding of network infrastructure and LAN topology which includes routers, hubs, switches, WAN/Frame Relay/MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, etc. • 5+ years of experience on FortiSIEMs system and tool integration initiatives/projects
• 5+ years of experience (high level) technical expertise on automation initiatives/projects
Specific Abilities: • Experienced Thought Leader that is an expert in your technical field and skilled with the ability to turn innovative ideas into reality.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment to complete multiple projects simultaneously according to business and technical requirements
