Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports. • Hands-on experience developing and customizing and/or extending the following ServiceNow features: o Scripting server-side scripts o Workflow – creating and updating o Creation and update of catalog items o Notifications o Data loading, mapping, and transforming o Approval steps o Client-side scripts o Dashboards o Inbound actions Nice to Have: • Certification is not required but ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA) would be a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency • Good time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel • Configure and deploy new functionality using ServiceNow and related web technologies.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
