Job Description : Required Skills : Insurance Billing Systems, Direct Bill, Duck Creek/Guidewire experience or other large scale insurance billing system Basic Qualifications : Insurance Billing Systems, Direct Bill, Duck Creek/Guidewire experience or other large scale insurance billing system Implement direct bill in the DCT Billing 7.0 software Implement as close to out of the box as possible Implement features not limited to: Account handling Commission handling Cash / Payment handling Installment , fees, bill plans Disbursements Policies / administration Follow-up manager components Invoice EFT/Credit Card / ACH Integrations and impacts to: Policy including new bill plans Digital platform (Portal / APIs) Analytics environment Claims Identify business process changes and business organizational considerations The ideal candidate as a Lead Business Analyst in this space would have the following characteristics: Expert experience with billing systems including receivable management, collection, cash management, and reconciliation. Including electronic payment (credit card / ACH / etc) Experience with Duck Creek direct bill module preferred. Self motivated Comfortable researching vendor product, installing, testing, and documenting features as needed.
