Required Experience & Skills: -3+ years of experience working with a training team; preferably in higher education or other multi-location public sector environments. -Experience in large project environment preferred (e.g., system implementation). -Training-related experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.1+. -General functional understanding of human resources, payroll, benefits, and operational business processes in higher education /research institutions. -Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills. -Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. -Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-profile environment. -Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
