Manage effort through TFS (i.e., defects, change requests, business requirements). Provide for Dell Compensation and HR Technology team how to design new business rules in delivered PS HCM 9.1. Ability to design processes within PS HCM around complex Bonus Plan and Compensation eligibility rules.
