Job Description Specialist: PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 And 9.1, HCM, Documentation, MS Word MS Powerpoint

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the successful delivery of PeopleSoft V9.2 user training
Day-to-day management of up to 3 (three) training developers responsible for training content.
Creation, management, and implementation of detailed training development and deployment plans and metrics.
Manage courses, classes, enrollees and training venues
Manage all logistics including identifying and booking training facilities
Manage class effectiveness assessments and generate summary and detailed findings
Develop and maintain role-based audience analysis.
Create and maintain training schedules
Oversee the development and approval of comprehensive project-related role-based training curricula.
Design and manage development of Train-the-Trainer courses, as necessary
Maintain training strategy and work with project leadership to present and ensure alignment of training strategy with key stakeholders across the Commonwealth.
Oversee implementation of training assessments and metrics.
Potentially personally contribute to the development of high-quality, business-oriented end-user training materials using several tools, including PeopleSofts User Productivity Kit (UPK), MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Deliverables may include: UPK online performance scripts, MS Word job aids, and MS PowerPoint presentation slide decks.
Manage all assigned deliverables successfully through the established Review and Approval process.
Maintain current status on all phases of training development design, development, review cycles, approvals, data loads, pilots and rollout.
Work with project SMEs and project leadership to identify, escalate as needed, and resolve risks and issues.
Develop and maintain training environment and data refresh strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (5 years mandatory minimum experience):
PeopleSoft HRMS 8.X, 9.0, 9.1 or 9.2 project experiences on training teams in a training development role.
Minimum experience on 3 PeopleSoft Projects working with the Human Capital Management (HCM) Applications for Payroll, Time and Labor, and/or Human Resources applications
Have the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency writing high-quality business-oriented end-user training documentation and exercises.
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills. In addition, presentation delivery skills are required.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (preferred):
Experience creating business process documentation strongly preferred.
Previous experience with a Big-5 consulting firm strongly preferred.
Experience using PeopleSofts User Productivity Kit (UPK) is a plus.
Understanding of Section 508 Accessibility Compliance is a plus
