RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provides an understanding of Workday compensation business processes as a subject matter expert. Consults in partnership with other IT and HR staff to guide and identify solution alternatives to the Enterprise HR community. * Designs and enhances Workday compensation processes to utilize the business value of Workday capabilities. o Assesses business processes and requirements o Designs new/revised business processes to meet business requirements in alignment with the global design o Defines Workday processes to meet business process requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experienced Workday Compensation Analyst with 5+ years of working knowledge of Workday HR Compensation package & planning. * 10+ years of consulting or relevant work experience * Experience designing and implementing Workday Compensation solutions globally. * Experience aiding business and user adoption of HCM process. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Workday Compensation Certified. * Familiarity with Workday HR processes beyond compensation. * Strong organization and facilitation skills. * Specific knowledge of SAP-HR ERP related business processes and technologies, and/or knowledge of JDE-HR would be a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
