Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software and hardware issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational. Develops recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT) and outside service providers based on business unit priorities. Documents and communicates problem resolution. Analyzes current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification. Team: This is the global privacy group team. The function is to ensure that client does not mismanage information. Project: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – the first one in the nation to do this privacy level. They are coming online in 2020 and the client that need to able to handle that and abide by the new laws. Looking for someone who can help. Day-to-Day: Need this person to come in here, access CCPA – map against what the client is doing today and be able to tell what the gaps are. Would be nice if this resource can make recommendations for what needs to be addressed first, second or third.
