(must not exceed $91/hr minus fees) Project Summary - NAC Acceleration Pilot Network infrastructure discovery and register devices in NAC DB, network device reconfiguration to support NAC, Enable Monitor Mode (NAC) and analyze results and register missing devices, enable Enforcement Mode (NAC) and verify operational stat Certs: Cisco CCNA certified or higher (highly preferred) Skills Required: - Strong general networking and security expert - Cisco Wired and wireless - Prior Experience with Network Access Controls Readiness projects - Hands on experience upgrading switches, wireless controllers, wireless access points - Fluent in English Oral and Written - Strong customer facing consultative skills Must be local to either Chelmsford, MA or Newark, DE as their main location. This is a combination of remote and on-site work. Plan to do 4 one week on site visits during the course of this project. Onsite activities are planned as follows: - Site Kickoff meetings and site survey working with site IT team to log every device that connects to the network at each site. The HPE team will not be allowed to walk the entire site. Rather, the expectation is to meet with the site IT team to assist them with the data collection and inventory. - Network device OS upgrades and re-configuration to support NAC and enable standard wireless SSID (Client Visitor, Client SecureGuest, & Client Secure) - Go live for Enforce mode for wireless and wired monitor mode enablement and testing - Go live for full NAC wired enforcement events There are also tasks that must be done to verify and Register Device types in the NAC databases (such as the MAC DB), determine what OS updates and configuration changes are required, and remediation actions taken for issues logged during wired monitor mode timing.
