Assist with maintaining application components using Javascript, C#, SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, Groovy Scripting and HTML. Assist in the resolution of Oracle Service Requests (SRs) by providing the necessary information and/or performing requested tasks as determined by Oracle. Provide after-hours support for work needed that cannot be done during business hours. Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, problems and changes.
