The additional enhancements will automate most of the transactions that are currently manually processed reducing processing and staffing time in CHRU. This position will provide support with skilled resources as well as follow the structure and standards to ensure better quality of service to the user community. The need to work with users and the development team is critical the successes of the solutions provided to meet the users needs. Due to the ever changing Legal Mandates the systems continue to require enhancements and updates. Without these resources the units ability to respond to the users need would be compromised and the quality of the solutions would be affected. The units ability to meet Mandated Changes by the effective date would in most cases be delayed. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1. Associates degree. 2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools and techniques: * Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams * Site navigation maps * User Accessibility and 508 compliance * State vs. stateless applications * HTML, DHTML,CSS * UML * XML * Microsoft tools * Visual Studio .Net (or latest version) * Visual Basic 6.0 * ASP.Net or ASP * IIS Version 6.0 * FrontPage * Java tools * JSP Servlets * HIS * Java Script 3. Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL Commands 4. Must be familiar with MS Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System) DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Superior knowledge of the English language and elevated ability to understand and be understood. (15 Points) 2. Four (4) or more years demonstrated experience developing complex, large-scale web applications within an N-Tier environment using the following: * .Net 2.0 or above * VB.NET * ASP.NET * Javascript * Ajax toolkit * Oracle ODP.NET * CSLA, Web Services or WCF * MVC, WebClient Factory or PageFlow or similar libraries * Infragistics or similar control library 3. Four (4) or more years in-depth experience with PL/SQL, including design and deployment of complex SQL objects; experience writing packages, stored procedures and triggers; and relational database design 4.
