Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using Angular, .Net Core, JavaScript, Angular 2 or higher, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs, and C# ?Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert, and migrate data when necessary.? Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.? Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.? Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code.? Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.????? Code applications that access Protected Health Information. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Mandatory Qualifications: 108 months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex n-tier web browser-based applications in C# for n-tier web deployment, including experience in .Net Core framework. 108 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 108 months Experience using a tool such as SQL Developer to create stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, tables, etc. With Oracle 10g or higher using ORACLE PL/SQL. (NOTE: Microsoft SQL Server and MS Access will NOT be considered as valid database experience) 85 Months Experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an applications code to meet those requirements. 60 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, for development activities and code repositories 36 Months Experience developing applications with Angular 2 or later versions. 36 months - Experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports (NOT SSRS) from web-based applications using an Oracle database. 72 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
