Maintain and manage Centricity user accounts as needed. Including security groups and permissions. Resolve form and chart locking issues, as reported. Resolve LinkLogic (Interface Engine) errors. Assist staff with duplicate chart maintenance. Manage and configure inquiries, preference groups, individual user preferences and quick text. Manage custom lists (orders, allergies, medications, problems). Manage and maintain schedules resources and templates for off-site appointments. Manage knowledge base & ICD updates. Participate in EHR meetings as directed Resolving or clarifying information with conflicting, missing, or unclear information by consulting with clinical staff or other appropriate staff. Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes and support Health Information Systems strategy. Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Required Consultant Skills/Experience Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in EMR & Practice Management suite of applications and/or 2-4 years in the healthcare domain. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in EMR & Practice Management suite of applications and/or 2-4 years in the healthcare domain. Experience with Centricity Practice Solutions v9.0 or higher OR Experience with clinical content/template building with another EMR. Experience with EHR/EMR implementation lifecycles Understanding of HIPAA Experience in creating artifacts including Workflows, design documents, architecture documents, test plans and test cases.
